All member states of the African Union are eligible to acede to the APRM by signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Countries in Green have officially joined the APRM and have been peer-reviewed. Those in Gold have signed the MOU but are pending peer-review, and those in Red have been accepted as members pending their signing of the MOU.
